Elkstone parish church has recently been caring for creation by implementing various projects  in the churchyard including bug hotels, wildflower meadows, tree planting and felling as well as building an eco-loo; all of which are described in this 5-minute video

Dean Meadows Group was  formed in 2012 with the intention of boosting our meadows and everything to do with them. Apart from the Parish Grasslands Project at St Briavels, little is known of how many meadows there might be across the Dean and what state they are in. Further information is available here:
